Key Points for Student Success in Online Exams

The Department of Open and Virtual Education at Lorestan University, affiliated with the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Graduate Studies, has published important educational notes aimed at enhancing students' skills for participating in online examinations.

The Department of Open and Virtual Education at Lorestan University announced: Given the end-of-term examinations for undergraduate students in the 4042 semester will be conducted on the LMS platform at https://lms.lu.ac.ir/, please enhance your skills for participating in online examinations by viewing the training workshop available at the following address and studying the guide for participating in examinations:

3_ The end-of-term examination schedule is in accordance with the examination schedule registered in the Golestan system (https://golestan.lu.ac.ir).

4_ In some examinations, the instructor may have disabled the "publish exam" option. Therefore, if you do not see the end-of-term exam for a course in the upcoming exams section, please inform the course instructor to enable the publishing option.

5_ Log in to the LMS system at least 30 minutes before the examination begins.

6_ If you encounter any issues logging into the system, please contact your center's administrator (their contact number is available on the main page of the LMS system at lms.lu.ac.ir).

7_ Use a stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser (Chrome/Firefox).

8_ Save your answers regularly and be sure to click the "Final Submission" button before finishing.

9_ Taking a photo of the answer sheet and uploading it through the system requires at least 5 to 10 minutes (depending on your internet upload speed); therefore, proceed with submitting your answer sheet at least 10 minutes before the end of the examination time.

10_ Instructors will only review answer sheets submitted through the LMS system; therefore, the responsibility for not submitting the answer sheet through the system lies with the student.
