Dr. Nayebzadeh holds the academic rank of Associate Professor and has 43 scientific and research articles published in reputable national and international journals and has translated 3 books published in the field of parasitology.

Regarding the mentioned book, Dr. Nayebzadeh told our reporter: "The book Coccidiosis in Livestock, Poultry, Pets, and Humans, published by Lorestan University, was selected as the "Commendable Book of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2023."

The aforementioned book was able to reach the second stage of judging from among numerous books in the field of veterinary medicine, and in the second stage of judging, it was selected as the Commendable Book of the Year in competition with other selected books."

He stated: "This scientific and cultural event is happening for the first time at Lorestan University."

In explaining the content of the book, the Associate Professor of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Lorestan University stated: "Coccidian parasites, including members of the genera Eimeria, Cyclospora, and Cystoisospora, are a large and important group in terms of public health and the livestock industry. Coccidiosis, as a globally prevalent disease, is considered a significant economic threat in the livestock industry, with billions of dollars annually spent on control, prevention, and treatment programs for coccidiosis. Although there are scattered materials about coccidia and coccidiosis in farm animals, birds, and humans in the parasitology, veterinary, and medical books of the country, the need for a comprehensive book in Persian led to the selection and translation of this new and credible work."

Dr. Nayebzadeh explained: "This book is the result of more than half a century of knowledge and experience of Professor Jitender Dubey, a prominent scientist in the world in the field of biology and parasitology, which, based on the type of host, examines various and important aspects of coccidian parasites in 22 chapters, including morphology, biology, pathogenicity, genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics, control, prevention, epidemiology, immunology, diagnosis, and also the treatment of infections caused by them in animals and humans."

In conclusion, Dr. Nayebzadeh, while thanking Lorestan University Publications for their financial and facilitative support, recommended the study of this book to professors, students, and researchers in the fields of parasitology, veterinary sciences, medicine, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, animal husbandry, and other related fields.
