Introduction to the University and History

In 1993, it was practically and officially upgraded from a complex to a university. The Board of Trustees of this university also separated from the Board of Trustees of the universities in the western region of the country in 2004 and operates independently. The first term of the Board of Trustees of this university was from 2004 to 2009, and the second term has continued from 2010 to the present.
