Esteemed Clients,

This is to inform esteemed clients of the Service Level Agreement of Lorestan University:

The purpose of this Service Level Agreement is to ensure the provision of high-quality services offered by Lorestan University to its service recipients.

This statement specifies the agreed-upon level of service, monitoring methods, and the responsibilities of the university, as necessary.

Responsibilities and Commitments:

1- This website is equipped with the ability to register and track client requests through the link provided on the main portal page, in the Service Desk section.

2- The Service Desk response area has been established to inform and guide clients on electronic and non-electronic services. Also, to contact the President, please refer to the (President's Office) section, and for other departments, please visit the Contact Officials page. Your constructive feedback will be effective in improving the quality of the university's service delivery and, if necessary, in correcting processes; please participate in our electronic Service Desk survey if possible.

3- Upon registration of a request, a tracking code and password will be generated for the applicant, and they can track their request through the letter tracking system in the secretariat.

4- This website is available to esteemed clients on a full-time basis, provided the necessary telecommunications infrastructure is in place. In case of any technical issues or failures, notifications will be provided.

5- All services provided to clients and students are available 24 hours a day, provided there are no infrastructural issues.
