Announcement Regarding Registration Procedures for Admitted Students in the Master's Degree Program (Non-Thesis) for the Academic Year 1393-94 at Lorestan University

Registration of Accepted Students in the Uninterrupted Master's Degree Program of 1393-94 at Lorestan University

While congratulating and wishing success, it is announced to all accepted students of the Uninterrupted Master's Degree program of the year 1393-94 of Lorestan University that the non-face-to-face registration of these individuals will be held on Saturday (8/6/93), Sunday (9/6/93), Monday (10/6/93) and Tuesday (11/6/93) online through the system http://golestan.lu.ac.ir  (only with the browser( IE will be done. To view the electronic registration, refer to the system guide section in the mentioned system.

Note: Performing electronic registration does not mean student admission, and the definitive registration of accepted students will be after submitting the documents at the appointed time and confirming the information by the University's Educational Affairs Department.

Time for submitting registration documents: Accepted students must, with a printout of the non-face-to-face admission, submit their registration documents in person from 22/6/93 to 24/6/93 to the relevant educational departments.

Required Documents for Registration of Accepted Students in the Uninterrupted Master's Degree Program of 1393 at Lorestan University

1- Original and one copy of the Bachelor's degree (License) approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education or the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, in which the GPA of the Bachelor's degree (License) is stated.

Note 1: Accepted students who, for any reason, are unable to provide the original Bachelor's degree (License), must provide the original certificate approved by the university or higher education institution where they obtained their Bachelor's degree (License) with the content of the following form in this announcement.

Note 2: Those accepted students who were in their final year of study at the time of registration and participation in the exam (registration period 12/8/92 to 19/8/92) and will graduate by 31/6/93 at the latest, are considered final year students and must submit the GPA form for final year students included on page 28 of the guide booklet (number 1) of this exam, in which the overall average of their completed units is based on (0) to (20) by 31/6/92 or 30/11/92 by the higher education institution where they graduated from their Bachelor's degree, in the mentioned form and previously approved by the relevant official. at the time of registration.

Exception: Those applicants who were final year students and participated in this exam as the first rank, their graduation GPA announced by the higher education institution where they graduated from their Bachelor's degree, will be considered and they must act in accordance with the above paragraph one or its note.

2 - Original national ID card and two sets of photocopies of all their pages.

3 - Six full-face photos 4 × 3 taken in the current year.

Note - 12 full-face photos 4 × 3 taken in the current year exclusively for brothers who, according to the regulations, after registering in the higher education institution, will be issued a study exemption for them.

4 - A document that specifies the military service status according to the "Public Duty Regulations" in the page 2 of the guide booklet number one of the entrance exam for postgraduate studies (uninterrupted master's degree courses inside) in 1393 (for brothers).

5- Annual leave order or written and unconditional consent of the relevant organization for government employees.

6- The following letters of introduction must be issued by the relevant authorities from the relevant place and sent to the higher education institution of acceptance no later than before the selection of units for the second semester of the academic year 1393-94, otherwise, the registration of applicants whose forms have not been received on time will be prevented for the second semester of the current academic year, and their acceptance will be considered "null and void".

Note - Based on the coordination, the certificates related to items 1-6 will be sent by the relevant authorities to the higher education institution of acceptance of the accepted students all at once.

1-6- Official introduction letter from the Joint Headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (Basij Resistance Force) or the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture with the signature and seal of each of the heads of the mentioned organizations, which states that the applicant, with regard to Article 1 and its 4 notes in the executive regulations of the law on creating facilities for the entry of combatants and volunteer Basij jihadists to universities and higher education institutions and other conditions stated in the mentioned regulations, is eligible to use the combatants' quota.

2-6- Applicants who have been accepted using the quotas of the Martyrs Foundation and Veterans Affairs and the General Staff of the Armed Forces do not need to provide quota confirmation from the relevant organization at the time of registration, and the criterion for confirming their quota is the same quota title stated in the acceptance file of universities and higher education institutions.

7- The original certificate approved by the university or higher education institution where they obtained their Bachelor's degree (License) for those applicants who, with regard to the provisions of the regulations for the continuation of education of the first-ranked graduates of the Bachelor's degree course approved on 5/2/1390 by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, have been accepted with the first rank score.

 

E - Important Notes

1- The presence of the accepted person is mandatory for registration, and registration will only be done on the dates announced by the university and by providing the complete documents mentioned in this announcement.

2- The Bachelor's GPA of the accepted student must be the same as the GPA that was previously announced to the organization at the time of registration for participation in the exam, it is obvious that the definitive registration of those applicants who have GPA discrepancies (the GPA stated in their document is less than the GPA announced to this organization) will be strictly avoided.

3- Considering that in the registration instructions sent to all universities and institutions accepting students in the entrance exam for postgraduate studies (uninterrupted master's degree courses inside) in 1393, it has been announced to only perform temporary and conditional registration for those accepted students who have GPA discrepancies (the GPA stated in their educational document is less than the GPA announced in the registration information by the applicants to this organization), therefore, it is necessary for these accepted students to refer to their university of acceptance and provide the necessary documents mentioned in this announcement there so that temporary registration is done for them and the necessary review is done in the documents and provided documents. Applicants who have GPA discrepancies must follow up on their final status by the end of November from their university of acceptance and strictly refrain from referring to this organization. If necessary, if they have any questions in this regard, they can do so through the organization's website in the online answering section. Obviously, no response will be given to in-person visits and any type of correspondence other than this organization's website.

4- Registration will not be done for those accepted students who do not graduate by 31/6/93 at the latest, and their acceptance will be considered "null and void" and they will be treated according to the regulations.

5- At any stage of the exam (registration, admission, or during education), if it is determined that the applicant has concealed the facts or provided false information and does not meet the requirements, their acceptance will be canceled and they will be treated according to the regulations.
