Required Documents for Registration of Admitted Students
With greetings and wishes for success for you, the admitted students of the 1393 Lorestan University entrance examination, and with the hope that you will be worthy guardians in the strongholds of science and faith, protecting the sanctity of the Islamic Ummah and continuing the achievements of the Islamic Revolution at the university, we draw the attention of the esteemed admitted students to the following essential points for registration at Lorestan University.
Very Important Note:
If the registration documents are incomplete, registration will not be carried out under any circumstances. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully study and implement the stated points for better coordination and to avoid any problems.
A) Required Documents for Registration of Admitted Students
* The original of the pre-university certificate along with a copy, along with the original of the high school diploma of the new secondary education system and the year before the diploma, along with a copy (for admitted students of the new secondary education system)
* The original of the four-year or six-year certificate of the old secondary education system along with a copy, along with the academic certificate of the year before the diploma and two years before the diploma, along with a copy (for admitted students of the old secondary education system)
* The original or certificate of the associate degree (Associate's degree) of universities and higher education institutions or the certificate of completion of the associate degree of the affiliated schools of the Ministry of Education along with its copy (maximum date of obtaining the degree 09/22/2014) along with the original or certificate of the first, second, third year of high school or art school along with its copy (for admitted students with a technical and vocational diploma or Kar-o-Danesh who do not have a pre-university degree)
* Original national ID card and a photocopy of all its pages
* Six passport-sized photos (4*3) taken in the current year
* Providing the original high school diploma transcript of the new system, signed and stamped by the high school or the Education Organization for high school graduates of the new secondary education system in the years 1389, 1388, 1387, 1386, 1385, 1384, 1392, 1391, 1390 is necessary at the time of registration.
* Academic evaluation (academic confirmation) of the pre-university course (for admitted students of the new secondary education system)
Academic evaluation (academic confirmation) of the fourth year of secondary school (for admitted students of the old secondary education system)
Important Note:
To receive the academic evaluation (academic confirmation), refer to the Education Department of the city where you obtained the pre-university certificate or the secondary school certificate of the old system.
* A document that specifies the military service status of male admitted students, along with a copy of the document in question
* The original annual leave order or the official and unconditional approval of the relevant organization for government employees
B) Location for Submitting Registration Documents of Admitted Students
* Khorramabad – 5 km Tehran road – Lorestan University Central Campus – Educational groups located in the faculties (Basic Sciences, Engineering, Literature and Humanities, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Veterinary Medicine)
* Khorramabad – 12 km Khorramabad-Andimeshk road – Educational groups located in the Faculty of Agriculture for agricultural fields
* Students admitted to higher education centers affiliated with Lorestan University (Alshtar-Poldokhtar-Kuhdasht-Nurabad) should refer to the relevant centers for in-person registration
Registration Time:
Non-face-to-face (online) registration: September 15, 16, 17, 18, 2014 Registration for this group of students will be done non-face-to-face (online) through the website ( www.golestan.lu.ac.ir) .
Note: Definite registration and document submission is subject to non-face-to-face (online) registration and providing the non-face-to-face registration acceptance form
Submission of Registration Documents: September 20, 21, and 22, 2014, to the educational groups in the relevant faculty during office hours (8 am to 2 pm).
1. Admitted students must personally attend for registration.
2. Admitted students who do not attend within the specified time will not be registered under any circumstances.
Any changes in the registration process will be announced through the university website.
