Required Documents for the Doctoral "Ph.D" Entrance Exam Interview (Specifically for Self-Financed Campuses)

Announcement from Lorestan University Regarding Required Documents for Participation in the Interview for the Doctoral "Ph.D" Program Entrance Exam (Specifically for the Self-Financed Campus) of 1393 and also the Interview Schedule for Doctoral Programs in Various Fields.
This is to invite candidates who, based on the initial results of the Doctoral "Ph.D" program entrance exam (specifically for the Self-Financed Campus) of 1393, are eligible to select their field of study, to consider the following points and in accordance with the specified schedule for each program code and the included tables, with the required documents, to participate in the interview and other admission stages, and to refer to the address specified in the tables to the relevant institutions. It is clear that failure to attend the above stages will be considered as the candidate's withdrawal from admission in the program code(s) selected. Furthermore, the attention of the candidates is drawn to the following points.
(1) - Candidates must, before attending the interview location, pay 400,000 Rials (forty thousand Tomans) to account number 2709057718 (in the name of the Self-Financed Campus of Lorestan University at the Tejarat Bank, Lorestan University branch) and bring the original payment receipt along with the required documents and submit it to the relevant official during the interview.
Note: If an interview is conducted for several program codes at one university, only once for the candidate, regardless of the number of program codes, 400,000 Rials (forty thousand Tomans) must be paid.
Required documents that must be presented by the applicants for the interview stages.
1- Original Master's degree (postgraduate).
Applicants who are in their final year of the Master's or professional doctorate programs must graduate by 31/6/1393 (original certificate confirmed by the university or higher education institution where the degree was obtained, in accordance with the form included on page 29 of the registration and exam participation guide).
Note: Those students who will graduate by 30/11/1393 in either the Master's or professional doctorate programs are only allowed to participate in the interview for the second semester (February) program codes.
2- Original Bachelor's degree: Those applicants who have graduated from a non-continuous Bachelor's program must also provide the original Associate's degree in addition to the original non-continuous Bachelor's degree.
Attention: Applicants who, for any reason, are unable to provide the original degree or documents mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, must bring the original graduation certificate confirmed by the university or higher education institution where the degree was obtained.
3- Original national identity card or national card (to match the applicant's identification information with the information sent by this organization.)
4- Original certificate indicating that the applicant is a permanent or probationary faculty member of the relevant ministry, which has also been approved by the highest responsible authority. (Those applicants for the interview who, based on the contents of the exam score report and also the contents of the information file sent by this organization through the portal to the institution, have requested to use the instructor quota, are obliged to provide a valid certificate in this regard). It should be noted that according to the relevant regulations, only official instructors (probationary or permanent) of universities, higher education institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, or other universities that have a board of trustees approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, are allowed to use the "instructor" quota in the semi-centralized exam for admission to the doctoral "Ph.D" program of self-financed campuses of universities and higher education institutions in 1393. In other words, lecturers and contractual faculty members, contract employees, adjunct professors, teaching assistants, etc., are not allowed to use this quota.
Important Note: All applicants must complete the general qualifications form on the website of the National Organization of Educational Testing within the permitted time frame (8/7/1393 to 14/7/1393). It is clear that if the form related to general qualifications is not completed, their academic status will not be reviewed.
