Enthusiastic Reception for Research Week Workshops at Lorestan University
On the occasion of Research and Technology Week, a specialized workshop on ethics in publication and scientific plagiarism was held at Lorestan University.
This workshop, aimed at promoting development and ethics in scientific publication, was held today, December 7, 2014, in the amphitheater of the Faculty of Economics at Lorestan University, and was met with significant interest from students.
In the aforementioned workshop, methods for presenting a paper in such a way that it is written in the best possible manner and free from ethical contradictions were presented by Dr. Kayidi.
Mr. Kayidi, the instructor of this training workshop, said: In a paper, the first thing to consider is the method of presenting and collecting information, which should be gathered in a way that is based on your own thoughts and prevents plagiarism and copying in this regard.
Kayidi also pointed out: Corruption should not be allowed to enter the realm of science, because having ethics is an integral part of scientific work, and observing this principle is very necessary. These workshops will be held every day until the end of Research Week with different titles at Lorestan University, and participation is open to all students and faculty.
