Recognition of Top Researchers at Lorestan University
Today, outstanding researchers were honored at a ceremony at Lorestan University.
In this ceremony, which was held with the presence of the President of Lorestan University, the official of the representative institution of the Supreme Leader in the universities of the province, and a group of professors and students, the top researchers in various scientific fields were appreciated by the university's board of directors.
In this meeting, the top researchers of the university in the field of professors, students, and staff were appreciated.
The President of Lorestan University, in this ceremony, while pointing out that more than seven hundred and fifty verses of the Holy Quran refer to thinking and contemplation, acknowledged the importance of research.
Dr. Azizi said: I hope these exhibitions can convey our message to various fields and be a way for the development of the province.
He added: The way to achieve development is knowledge, and knowledge stems from research.
Dr. Azizi mentioned four principles as important in research works:
1. Understanding the position of research. He referred to the scientific movement of students and said that the third generation of students is moving towards research-oriented, which is the same understanding of the position of research.

4. Effectiveness of research. Because if we want the research to be effective, it must solve the problems of society.
The President of Lorestan University added: The university's programs for research are as follows:
Reviewing the evaluation of the scoring method;
Increasing the supervisory and supportive dimension;
Establishing offices called growth centers in order to create a research town;
Directing theses to solve the practical needs of society;
Expanding the services of the central laboratory;
Attention to development and international cooperation;
Increasing the quality of services;
Activating university publications;
Reviewing university holidays for faculty members;
Redefining financial circulation;
In the end, the President of Lorestan University expressed hope that with the efforts and cooperation of the provincial institutions and the research of university researchers, they can solve the future problems of the country.
