Announcement from Lorestan University's Transportation Unit Regarding Reservation of Student Transportation Services/ Announcement of Link Addresses

Dear Student,

Greetings and salutations;

As you are aware, providing services and transportation for you, our esteemed students, from various stations is one of the honors of Lorestan University. However, this method of service provision and transportation has been managed in a traditional and imprecise manner for many years.

Now, with the availability of software capabilities, the possibility of targeted and intelligent management and more optimized service provision has emerged. Intelligent transportation management (buses), adding more services at the required stations, improving the quality of services provided to students, the possibility of more accurate evaluation of bus performance, more efficient management of resources, preventing resource wastage, eliminating the movement of empty buses in preventing air pollution, collecting fees from students based on usage and avoiding unfairness in receiving the same amount from all students, and ultimately, organizing and streamlining university transportation are among the benefits of the new method.

Naturally, you, the dear student, who are always at the forefront of benefiting from new technologies, will consider this method as self-evident and will welcome it. Although there will be issues at the beginning, the Transportation Department of Lorestan University, with complete humility, considers itself obligated to resolve these issues and obstacles and will provide services diligently.

Any ambiguities can be resolved with the Transportation Department by calling 09169588323.

In this regard, it is necessary to state the following points:

1- The reservation fee for each trip is one thousand Tomans.

2- The maximum amount collected during the current semester from each student for transportation costs is 90 thousand Tomans. If a student has reserved more than this amount, the services will be free.

3- The student must reserve the service at least (2) hours before departure.

4- The student can cancel their reservation (2) hours before departure and save the amount in their e-wallet.

5- The mobile phone number used for reservation must meet at least one of the following conditions:

A) The mobile phone number that the student previously declared during registration and is registered in the Golestan system.

B) The mobile phone number must be in the student's name.

Note: If you do not have access to the mobile phone number that you previously registered in the Golestan system, send your new number, along with your name, surname, mobile phone number, and student number to the mobile number 09169588323 (Mr. Samad Koushki, Director of Transportation, Lorestan University) to have your information corrected in the system.

6- To use the student card while boarding the service, you need to register your card in the system. For this purpose, you can use one of the following methods:

A) By the drivers, when boarding the service.

C) Visiting the Transportation Unit.

B) By the student themselves (students whose mobile phones are equipped with an NFC sensor can register their card through the service reservation application)

Important Note (One): To use the application and reserve the service, there is no requirement to have an NFC sensor in the mobile phone, and this is only for registering the student card in the transportation service system, which is also possible through the above methods.

Important Note (Two): Registering the student card for using the transportation service only needs to be done once through the above methods, and in case of loss or replacement of the student card, it requires re-registration.

7- Due to the progressive model of the application (PWA), it is possible to use the application and reserve the service on all mobile, tablet, and computer platforms.
