In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I congratulate all the diligent individuals and those striving in this field on the commencement of endeavors and efforts in the auspicious days of Mehr, and I always hope that, under the blessings of His Eminence, the Imam of the Age (may God hasten his reappearance), this year, with the capable hands of all researchers, the scientific flag of the country will be raised higher than before, shining atop the scientific peaks of the world, and the name of the Iranian researcher and scientist will continue to adorn the scientific achievements of the world. Mental capacity and scientific endeavors, when accompanied by trust in God and spiritual power, undoubtedly open the difficult gates of knowledge and make the unattainable attainable. Perhaps the world sees an astonishing example of this miracle every day in the findings of Iranian scientists, and the pens of researchers in this land are breaking the steel boundaries of knowledge. This year, which, with the wisdom of the Supreme Leader, these efforts have been accompanied by a jihadi determination, it is incumbent upon all to increase scientific endeavors and continue to advance this banner, and in this path, I seek assistance and support from the Almighty God for all respected students and professors, and I hope that with your empathy and cooperation and with reliance on Him, we can fulfill our duty.
