The Rahian-e Noor pilgrimage is a renewal of the covenant with the martyrs.

Hojjatoleslam Hosseini, in the coordination meeting of the province's universities regarding Rahian-e Noor, said: I thank all the presidents of the province's universities, especially Mr. Dr. Azizi, who support cultural programs with a revolutionary and Basiji spirit, and I am very grateful that the universities have taken the issue of Rahian-e Noor seriously.
Hojjatoleslam val-Moslemin Hosseini added: Rahian-e Noor is one of the signs of enthusiasm and awareness among students and a fulfillment of duty and a renewal of the covenant with the martyrs.
He added: I request all the presidents of the province's universities to be with the students on this spiritual journey. Even if it is for one night, because the presence of officials alongside the students will create more motivation and morale.
He said that I expect all the esteemed individuals to provide the necessary atmosphere for content creation for this pilgrimage and to be broad-minded in this matter, to refrain from slogans, and to practically address issues such as the soft war and the enemy's propaganda, which aims to erode honor and desensitize towards the sanctity of the nation, and that this trip should not be limited to tears and emotions. He added another suggestion is that university publications should publish special issues in this regard and present the discussion of content creation in these publications and express the necessary reminders.
