Honoring the martyrs is honoring sacrifice and sincerity. It is honoring luminous hearts and souls overflowing with purity and light. (Supreme Leader)
Martyrdom is the liberation of man to reach the source of light and to approach absolute existence. Martyrdom is the love of union with the beloved in its most beautiful form. Reviving, preserving, and promoting the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom, keeping the memory of the martyrs alive, preserving their آثار, honoring and respecting the families of the esteemed martyrs, are among the most important missions of the university community. I am confident that in this path, with the help of the blood of the precious martyrs, especially the master and leader of the martyrs, Hussein ibn Ali (peace be upon him), our Islamic nation will be insured forever, and the revolution will be handed over to its true owner, Vali-e-Asr (may our souls be sacrificed for him).
