Lorestan University Honored "Mohammad Alipour" / Children's Savings on the Way to Support Homeland Defenders

Dr. Mehrdad Dadastani, President of Lorestan University, and Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Majid Movaidi, Head of the Offices of the Supreme Leader's Representative in the Universities of Lorestan Province, honored Mohammad Alipour, a 9-year-old student from Khorramabad and son of Mansour Alipour, an employee of Lorestan University, by presenting him with a letter of appreciation and a gift.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this ceremony was held on Monday, August 4, 2026, in the Office of the President of Lorestan University.

Mohammad Alipour, with a valuable and affectionate gesture towards the defenders of the homeland, dedicated his savings, which he had previously set aside for the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussein, to procure the necessary provisions for the combatants stationed at the missile launch pads of the IRGC Aerospace Force.

In a letter addressed to the defenders of the homeland, this student from Khorramabad spoke of his decision to donate his savings; a heartfelt letter that eventually reached Brigadier General Seyed Majid Mousavi, Commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force.

Brigadier General Mousavi, in turn, appreciated Mohammad Alipour's God-pleasing and patriotic act in a letter of appreciation and arranged for the expenses of his Arbaeen pilgrimage; Mohammad, with this support, embarked on his spiritual journey to Arbaeen.

In this ceremony, Dr. Dadastani and Dr. Movaidi, while commending Mohammad Alipour, considered the presence of such a family an honor for Lorestan University and Lorestan Province, and emphasized: "Raising a child who is loyal to the leadership, compassionate, and loves Iran is a valuable manifestation of culture, faith, and responsibility in the family."

In a part of Brigadier General Seyed Majid Mousavi's message to Mohammad Alipour, the importance of kindness, altruism, filial piety, and serious effort in the pursuit of knowledge and science was emphasized; recommendations that can serve as a guiding light for this student to become a committed and expert individual in serving the people and the homeland in the future.
