Graduation of the first postgraduate student in Veterinary Bacteriology at Lorestan University
The first postgraduate student (Master's degree) in Veterinary Bacteriology at Lorestan University graduated.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs, Mr. Bahman Doosti, after defending his thesis entitled "Phenotypic and Molecular Tracking of TEM-type Extended-Spectrum Beta-Lactamases in Escherichia coli Isolates from Urinary Samples of Khorramabad County" under the supervision of Dr. Ehsan Rashidian on 20/09/2014, successfully obtained a Master's degree in Veterinary Bacteriology. With the approval of the Council for the Expansion of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Lorestan University obtained permission to open a Master's program in Bacteriology and Veterinary Parasitology in 2011. Currently, 10 students are studying in the Master's program in Bacteriology and 8 students in the Master's program in Parasitology.
