Announcement for Vacating Dormitories for Undergraduate and Professional Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Students

All undergraduate and professional doctorate veterinary students residing in dormitories are hereby informed that in order to carry out dormitory repairs and organization, they must remove their personal belongings from June 12th to June 22nd, 2026 (including holidays) between 8 AM and 3 PM.

The following points must be considered and observed upon departure:

1. Students are obligated to completely vacate their rooms, take all their personal belongings, and hand over their room keys to the dormitory supervisor.

2. The Dormitory Affairs Office will not be responsible for any personal belongings left behind by students.

Dear students, please refrain from leaving any personal belongings in the room or inside the closets.

3. It is emphasized that you must personally undertake the collection of your belongings.

4. Cleaning of the room and refrigerator, turning off the lights in the room and refrigerator, and closing the balcony and room windows are mandatory.
