Dr. Mehdi Shahin, Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs at Lorestan University, and Dr. Nemat Shams, Director of Student Affairs, announced that this system has been established in recent years and is being re-announced for the information of our esteemed students.

The system has been designed for direct and unmediated communication with senior university administrators; when a student sends an SMS to this number and raises a union issue, senior university administrators, especially the Vice-Chancellor and the Director of Student Affairs, are simultaneously informed of the issue and the necessary instructions and follow-up actions are taken.
