May 05, 2026
Coinciding with Health Week, the training workshop and discussion "Post-Crisis Calm," taught by Nasır Koushki, a psychologist, was held by the Lorestan University Counseling Center.
According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, in this workshop, which was held on Tuesday morning, May 4th, in the Shahid Mirbaharsi Hall of Lorestan University, Koushki (psychologist) pointed out that to achieve peace in the face of crises, the individual must first recognize the existence of the crisis and then try to find a solution; if a person faces a problem or a crisis in life, mentally, they must first accept it in order to be able to seek solutions in the next stages.
Humans should always believe in their abilities, have self-confidence, and not become confused and stressed when a problem occurs in life; rather, they should seek solutions to solve the problem.
In another part of the workshop, discussions related to cyberspace were raised around the issue that a person should not become overly dependent on cyberspace, and of course, today we are witnessing that cyberspace has become real life.
At the end of the workshop, the questions of the participants were answered.
It is worth mentioning that the Lorestan University Counseling Center operates under the supervision of the University's Student Affairs Department.
