Safeguarding the integrity of the national examination is a national imperative in the pursuit of serving the public and ensuring educational equity.

On Tuesday, August 17th, the Head of Examinations of the Organization for Educational Testing of Iran stated that over 800,000 applicants have so far viewed and downloaded their admission cards for the national and specialized student-teacher admission examination for the year 1405. He added: "The examination participation cards for all applicants, along with the examination guidance booklet, are available on the comprehensive national examination system for viewing and printing."

Furthermore, the Head of the Protection Center of the Organization for Educational Testing of Iran emphasized: "Safeguarding the integrity of the national examination is a national demand and is in line with serving the people and implementing educational justice."

According to the Public Relations of the Organization for Educational Testing of Iran, Dr. Abdolreza Sayareh, on Tuesday, August 17th, during a coordination meeting for the executive and protective staff of the national and specialized student-teacher admission examination for the year 1405, held via webinar with the participation of over 10,400 individuals, stated: "If applicants notice any potential deficiencies in their examination participation card, they must refer to the active deficiency correction units in 415 cities on Wednesday, August 18th, based on the address indicated in the examination card printing announcement."

He emphasized: "Given the personalization of the question booklets and answer sheets for each applicant and to maintain the integrity of the examination, changing the examination group and testing venue is currently not possible under any circumstances. Applicants are strictly advised to refrain from visiting deficiency correction units for these matters."

The Head of Examinations of the Organization, emphasizing the extensive and sensitive duties of the executive staff, stated: "The national examination applicants are mostly students who are experiencing a national and pivotal examination for admission to higher education institutions for the first time. Therefore, facilitating services while adhering to regulations and creating a calm environment at the examination venue is essential for them."

Additionally, Mahmoud Azizi, the Head of the Examination Administration Center of the Organization for Educational Testing of Iran, elaborated on the responsibilities of the managers of main and sub-examination centers, liaison officers, invigilators, storage managers, photo verification and fingerprinting officials, and scribes for applicants with disabilities, etc., during the meeting. He said: "For each of you, having the necessary sensitivity and accuracy in accordance with the communicated executive and protective instructions is of utmost importance, and the final achievement of the accurate and secure administration of the national examination for the year 1405 depends on the good and dedicated performance of each one of you."

Regarding applicants with disabilities, he emphasized: "Special facilities and accommodations are provided to individuals whose disabilities have been confirmed by the Welfare Organization. For this group of applicants, depending on the type and severity of the disability, provisions such as a scribe, extra time, and Braille or large-print booklets have been made available."

Azizi continued: "Extra time will be granted to applicants who have been referred for these facilities based on their disability type confirmed by the Welfare Organization, and their information has been registered on the portal of the Organization for Educational Testing of Iran for the provision of extra time."

At the conclusion of the coordination webinar for the executive and protective staff of the national and specialized student-teacher admission examination for the year 1405, the Head of the Protection Center of the Organization for Educational Testing of Iran defined cheating as any action taken to obtain unfair scores, adding: "Any potential cheating and misconduct will result in extensive social consequences, including inequality, injustice, and distrust, as well as individual repercussions for the applicants."

Mohammad Bashiri emphasized: "Safeguarding the integrity of the national examination is a national demand and is in line with serving the people and implementing educational justice. I hope that with the cooperation of all of you, along with all executive and protective staff, universities, higher education centers, schools, security forces, intelligence agencies, the police force, transportation, etc., we can conduct the national examination for the year 1405, as in the past, with complete accuracy and integrity."
