A virtual workshop on Artificial Intelligence in predicting the prices of stock markets and cryptocurrencies was held.

Lorestan University's Specialized Career Guidance and Employment Center held a virtual workshop on the application of artificial intelligence in predicting the price of stock markets and digital currencies, with the participation of students from various fields.
According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, in this virtual workshop, Dr. Ebrahim Suri, a faculty member of the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Lorestan University, initially introduced activities and employment opportunities in this field.
Following that, Dr. Suri introduced raw data in these markets and explained methods for generating features and useful characteristics from the raw data.
Furthermore, various methods of data preprocessing and preparing these features for training different artificial intelligence models were explained.
He displayed real examples of this data and features for the students and introduced the necessary algorithms for intelligent calculations to the participants.
The faculty member of the Faculty of Basic Sciences at Lorestan University, after the students asked questions about how to enter this field of employment, responded to the students by saying: "Students, if they are familiar with the concepts of programming, data mining, mathematics, and statistics, will be able to develop this interdisciplinary research and ultimately expand their own software and algorithms."
Dr. Suri pointed out that in this field, one should only seek advice from individuals who, with the help of data science, computational intelligence, mathematics, and statistics, can make scientific predictions or classifications for the trends of digital currencies and stock markets.
