An introductory workshop on the ticketing system was held for the supervisors of Lorestan University dormitories.

A training workshop on the university's ticketing system (CRM) was held in the Student Affairs building with the aim of familiarizing and empowering staff in registering, tracking, and managing electronic requests in the areas of facilities, services, and information technology.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, in this workshop, the method of registering requests in the system, referring and tracking the process of carrying out tasks, and viewing the status of requests online was taught.

Dr. Nemat Shams, Director of Student Affairs at the university and the instructor of this workshop, emphasizing the necessity of moving towards the electronicization of administrative processes, stated: "The use of the ticketing system can, while reducing unnecessary visits and correspondence, provide the ground for accelerating tasks, increasing transparency, enabling real-time tracking of requests, and improving the quality of service delivery."

He emphasized the necessity of continuous use of this system by staff for registering and tracking requests related to facilities, services, and information technology.

Dr. Shams clarified: "This workshop was held in line with smartening administrative processes, facilitating service delivery, and increasing the speed and accuracy in responding to requests."
