Commemoration of Physical Education Week with a Walk and Medicine Ball Toss Competition at Lorestan University

In commemoration of Physical Education Week, a public walk and a medicine ball throwing competition were held at Lorestan University. This event, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, took place on Sunday, October 25th, at the central campus and Imam Ali (AS) sports hall.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, the university community's walking program commenced by traversing the route from the central campus's main intersection to the sports hall, which was met with active participation from attendees.

Following this ceremony, prizes were awarded to Abdollah Saki, Seyed Esmaeil Mousavi, Mohsen Masouri, Mahmoud Nosrati, Saeed Delfan, and Seyed Sajad Mousavi through a lottery draw among the participants.

Furthermore, in the specialized competition segment, medicine ball throwing contests were held, and ultimately, the top performers were determined based on the scores achieved.

According to the final results, Pouria Darvishi secured the first place, Seyed Esmaeil Mousavi ranked second, Shahram Sharifi ranked third, and Mohammad Hossein Sepahvand ranked fourth.

Finally, the joint fifth place was awarded to Saeed Delfan and Mohsen Masouri.
