The Comprehensive Health Monitoring System (Physical and Mental Health Record Completion Project) has been available to students nationwide since September 1, 2026, and completing this record is mandatory for all students.

This system is affiliated with the Counseling and Health Office of the Organization for Student Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
Within the system, various sections such as New Entrants, Old Entrants, Olympiad Students, Talented Students, Non-Exam Students, and International Students have been defined for students nationwide.
The physical and mental health records are both completed through a single process, and only one tracking code is assigned for it.
The tracking code for the process will be sent to students via SMS after the record is completed.
