Digitalization of Lorestan University Hall Reservation Form Completion / Goodbye to Paper Forms!

In collaboration with the Public Relations and Information Technology Department of Lorestan University, and in line with strengthening e-governance and reducing in-person visits, the reservation of Lorestan University's conference and meeting halls is now conducted through the Pargar system. With this initiative, there is no longer a need for in-person visits to complete forms.
Meeting and Session Halls include: Shahid Rashvand, Shahid Mirbahersi (Contact Public Relations during office hours: 33120101).
Conference and Assembly Halls include: Shahid Soleimani, Shahid Shokouhi, and Shahid Faraji; (Contact the Cultural and Social Affairs Department during office hours: 33120113)
Important:
After making a phone call to inquire about hall availability for the desired times and dates by the requesting unit, the applicant's department or management must register and complete their form in the university's Pargar system, according to the explanations in the attached guide file.
Therefore, there is no need to visit the university's Public Relations department in person to obtain and complete the hall reservation request form.
It is noteworthy that, based on the explanations provided above, the management of some university halls (large halls for conferences and assemblies) is the responsibility of the Cultural and Social Affairs Department, and the management of meeting halls (for sessions and administrative/managerial meetings) is the responsibility of the university's Public Relations Department.
