According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, this article, titled "Temboqratiyya: Why Trump is procrastinating, and what should Iran do?" introduces the concept of "tempocracy" for the first time in international relations and identifies Trump's overt strategy as buying time to strike at Iran's weakest point of power.
The strategic recommendation of this article is to redefine Iran's threshold of tolerance during a ceasefire.
