Enhancing Lorestan University's Social Responsibility / Approval of 6 Sabbatical Leave Courses for Faculty Members at the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation

A meeting was held to review and approve 6 study leave programs for the faculty members of Lorestan University, with the presence of Behzad Moradi, Director General of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation (IRF) of Lorestan Province, and his deputies.
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, in this meeting, after the presentation and defense of their proposed specialized titles by a group of Lorestan University faculty members, the final decision was made to approve these programs.
The faculty members, by presenting their viewpoints and research plans, emphasized the necessity and importance of the discussed topics through dialogue and synergy.
Behzad Moradi, the Director General of the IRF of Lorestan Province, referring to the existing scientific and research capacities, considered this action an important step towards greater interaction between the university and its target community, and utilizing elite capabilities with the aim of "popularizing service." He emphasized the role of these programs in strengthening the research and applied activities of the IRF and creating an effective bridge between industry and academia.
It is noteworthy that Lorestan University and the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation (IRF) have previously signed a memorandum of understanding, and these programs will be implemented under this memorandum.
It is expected that these 6 programs, with the aim of operationalizing research and addressing the real needs of the target community, will pave the way for transformation in the support and service approaches of the provincial IRF and contribute to the growth and flourishing of this institution's programs in related fields.
Representing the Office of Community and Industry Relations of Lorestan University, Reza Asareh (Head of the Industry Relations and Entrepreneurship Group) was present at this meeting.
