Launch of Lorestan University CRM System / Mandatory Registration of IT, Facilities, Services, and Cleaning Requests

We would like to inform our esteemed colleagues and faculty members that, with the launch of the CRM system (ticket registration and customer relations) by the University's Information Technology Management, all requests for services in the areas of Information Technology, Facilities Management, and University Services and Cleaning must henceforth be submitted through this ticketing system at the following address:

https://crm.lu.ac.ir

The user guide for this system is available on the University's Internet Television at the following address.

https://tv.lu.ac.ir

It is re-emphasized, as per the directive of the esteemed Deputy of Support and Development, that any services provided by the aforementioned units will only be processed and carried out if a ticket is registered by the applicant. Telephone requests and those sent via the Pargar automation system will not be considered.
