Lorestan University Women's Hiking Trip to Piayzeh Gorge: A Blend of Joy, Nature Exploration, and Learning

On Thursday, May 13th, a one-day mountain hike to the destination of Tang-e Piāzeh was held with the participation of the women of Lorestan University and organized by the Mountaineering Association of the University's Martyrs.
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this program was implemented in collaboration with the Student Affairs Department and the Cultural and Social Affairs Department of the University.
The fellow hikers began their journey at 8:30 AM.
After covering a portion of the route, they had breakfast beside one of the beautiful springs of the gorge and continued their journey with renewed energy. At 12:00 PM, the group reached the scenic and cool pools of Tang-e Piāzeh.
After resting and having lunch, Dr. Fatemeh Shakerami, one of the consultants at the University's Counseling and Health Center, explained valuable topics about the importance of sports and nature tourism in mental health and improving the quality of life, which was welcomed by the participants.
Subsequently, the group began the return route towards the vehicles, and at 6:00 PM, all university members returned safely to the starting point without any problems.
This mountain hike was a valuable opportunity to combine joy, nature tourism, and learning, and was well-received by the university community.
