National Elites Foundation Call for Registration in the Shahid Sayyad Shirazi Plan

Registration and implementation of the "Martyr Sayyad Shirazi Plan (Specialized Military Service)" will commence on June 21st, aiming to leverage the capabilities of distinguished university graduates from within and outside the country and to facilitate their service path through specialized projects within the executive bodies of the nation.

This plan, with an approach focused on the purposeful utilization of the scientific, cultural, and technological capacities of elites and top talents, has been designed as an alternative pathway for military service. It provides the opportunity to complete the service period through the execution of research and innovative projects within various national organizations.

Eligible applicants can submit their applications and upload their documents through the "Sina System" at http://sina.bmn.ir.

Application Submission: June 21st to July 10th, 2026.

Review: July 11th to July 21st.

Results Announcement: August 31st to September 5th
