Referring to the personality aspects of Martyr Chamran, he elaborated: "Martyr Chamran was a prominent example of a faithful, righteous, and striving individual, in whom the characteristics of a martyr, truthful person, and righteous individual were manifested. For example, people's participation in nighttime street gatherings is an instance of responsibility and loyalty to guardianship."
