The General Director of Affairs for Shahed and Isargaran Students of the Student Affairs Organization announced the activation of the transfer request registration system for these students from May 19 to June 21, 1405.

According to the Public Relations of the Student Affairs Organization, Dr. Aghamiri, the General Director of Affairs for Shahed and Isargaran Students of this organization, announced the activation of the transfer system specifically for Shahed and Isargaran students.

Dr. Aghamiri, announcing this news, said: In accordance with previous years, the transfer system for Shahed and Isargaran students will be active from May 19, 1405, to June 21, 1405, for registering requests from applicants, and registration will only be possible for eligible students in the target community at the associate's, non-continuous bachelor's, continuous bachelor's, and professional doctorate levels.

He emphasized that this general department is unable to accept requests outside the system, and stated: The review of guest and transfer requests from applicants will be based on the priority of sacrifice, the university of acceptance, and the academic transcript.

The General Director of Affairs for Shahed and Isargaran Students added: Addressing the transfer or guest request is only possible if the relevant field, course, and academic orientation are available at the destination university.

Dr. Aghamiri also stated: Shahed and Isargaran students who wish to change their field or orientation, or transfer along with a change of field or orientation, should refrain from registering their request in this system.

He continued: The applicants' requests will be discussed in the relevant commission after reviewing the documents and verifying the conditions, and the final result will be announced to the origin and destination universities. Students can go to the destination university to register and select units after being informed of the results.

The General Director of Affairs for Shahed and Isargaran Students concluded: Students who wish to transfer or be a guest can register their request, receive a tracking code, and follow up on the result at the specified time by visiting the "Sajjad" system of the Student Affairs Organization.
