Planning by Lorestan Province Universities for Effective Participation in the Grand Arbaeen Uprising of Imam Hussein

Lorestan University hosted the meeting of the Martyr Al-Huda Headquarters of the province, focusing on planning for the dispatch of students to Arbaeen Hosseini.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this meeting was held on Saturday, July 17th, in the meeting hall of the Presidency of Lorestan University. Various topics related to the most magnificent participation of academics in the great epic of Arbaeen Hosseini's pilgrimage were discussed and reviewed.

In this meeting, Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Dr. Majid Moayedi, Head of the Supreme Leader's Representatives Office in Universities and Higher Education Centers of the Province, emphasizing the spiritual and civilizational significance of Arbaeen, stated: "The Arbaeen gathering is not an ordinary event, but rather a grand manifestation of faith, belief, and solidarity of the Islamic Ummah, especially the Shiites of the world. For this reason, we must participate with precise planning and an effective and magnificent presence."

He also emphasized the necessity of paying attention to the comprehensive dispatch of academics and called for planning for the presence of professors and staff of the province's universities alongside students in this international epic.

Following this meeting, Colonel Pasdar Mohsen Karimi, Head of the Basij Student Organization of Lorestan Province, presented his views and suggestions regarding the necessary arrangements for student dispatch to Arbaeen Hosseini.

In this meeting, a group of presidents and cultural and social deputies of universities and higher education centers of Lorestan Province were also present, and each presented their views and suggestions for improving the quality of planning and providing the ground for a more cohesive and enthusiastic presence in the Arbaeen ceremony.

Furthermore, the students present at the meeting presented their viewpoints, concerns, and suggestions regarding the method of dispatch and support for the students' presence in this great spiritual event.

It is worth noting that the headship of the Martyr Al-Huda Headquarters of Lorestan Province is held by Dr. Mehrdad Dadastani, and its secretariat is held by Colonel Mohsen Karimi.
