Applied Research by Dr. Somayeh Sabzali for the Advancement of Women's Health / University Serving Societal Needs

A report session on a study period in the industry concerning women's infectious diseases, with a special focus on White Camp infection, was held at the Faculty of Basic Sciences of Lorestan University.
According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, this scientific session was presented by Dr. Somayeh Sabzali, a faculty member of the Biology Department of Lorestan University, and was attended by a group of professors, researchers, and postgraduate students.
Dr. Sabzali elaborated on the overarching objectives, the implementation process, and the field stages of this period. She also analyzed the challenges encountered during the research process and the outcomes derived from the project's execution within the real conditions of the target community.
She emphasized: "This period was designed and implemented with the aim of enhancing applied knowledge and establishing a bridge between academic research and the tangible needs of women's health."
It is noteworthy that this research-applied period was conducted as a collaborative effort between Lorestan University and the knowledge-based company Gohar Shafa, demonstrating the serious commitment of both institutions to developing effective interactions between academia and industry in the field of health and wellness.
