Environmental Education Webinar Hosted by a Lorestan University Faculty Member for Teachers Nationwide

In order to further enhance the awareness and knowledge of educators, the 53rd national webinar titled "Environmental Protection" was held as part of the "Shamim" program (National Human Resources Learning Network), hosted by Lorestan Province. The webinar was attended by 730 teachers from across the country and was taught by Dr. Morteza Gholami, a faculty member of the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at Lorestan University.
This webinar was planned by the Deputy of Physical Education and Health of the Ministry of Education, and the Department of Education of Lorestan Province hosted this educational event on the occasion of Environment Week.
Time: Monday, June 15, from 5 PM to 7 PM.
Target Audience: School principals and vice-principals, administrative staff, and health supervisors.
The syllabus of this workshop, which included the principles and fundamentals of the environment, the importance of its preservation, approaches to solving environmental issues, different levels of protection, and methods of dealing with natural resources, was designed to familiarize teachers with a comprehensive and multidimensional perspective on environmental issues and to empower them to effectively transfer these concepts to students at various educational levels.
