The Basij Organization of Professors of Lorestan Province issued a statement on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, commemorating this day.

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war, by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know. Allah knows them. And whatever you spend in the way of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged. (Surah Al-Anfal; Verse 60)
Imam Khomeini (RA): "If there was no IRGC, there would be no country."
April 22nd coincides with the anniversary of the establishment of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps by the order of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution, His Holiness Imam Khomeini (RA).
It was on this day that a fledgling sapling was planted in the holy land of Islamic Iran by the order of a gardener whose unparalleled foresight created an authority for this land that, with the help of God, can now challenge the greatest global powers and, for the first time in the world, cause them unprecedented defeat.
Yes, the green-clad guardian angels are the same heroes who have placed their sweet lives on the palm of courage and shed their red blood on the vast plain of sacrifice to produce authority for Iran and the Islamic Ummah.
The Basij Organization of Professors of Lorestan Province, while commemorating this blessed day and declaring full support for this holy institution and its green-clad guardian angels, expects the appreciative people of powerful and oppressed Islamic Iran to continue, as in the past nights and days, with their enthusiastic presence in the squares of cities and villages of the country, to provide the cause of encouragement for these dear ones in the field of battle with the haramians of our time.
With the hope of the victory of the soldiers of Rahman over the armies of oppression and darkness.
